I’m building a business-focused Discord community and need it ready for prime time. The backbone of the setup will be a ticket system that, when a member opens a ticket in Discord, instantly spins up a new conversation with our dedicated Telegram bot so my support team can handle issues on the go. Here’s what I’m looking for: • Server architecture: clear channel categories (e.g., Announcements, Support, Internal, Voice) and a permission hierarchy that keeps customer-facing areas separate from staff spaces. • Ticket workflow: slash command or button in Discord that creates a private thread, forwards the transcript to the Telegram bot, and lets staff reply from Telegram while the member sees responses in Discord. A simple close-ticket routine should wrap things up and archive the chat. • Welcome bot: greet new members, auto-assign default roles, and deliver a short rules/intro message. • Quality-of-life touches: basic moderation presets, spam filters, and an easy way for me to adjust roles or add new channels later. • Handover: concise documentation and a brief screenshare showing how to operate the ticket panel, modify bot tokens, and manage future updates. I’m open to existing open-source solutions or a lightweight custom bot—whichever streamlines support and keeps maintenance simple.
