I’m building a full-scale Excavator power armor suit from Fallout 76 and need a ready-to-print pattern that I can transfer straight onto EVA foam. I don’t need every micro-rivet modeled, but the layout should show all plates, joints, and bevels with enough guidance to let me sculpt recognizable game-accurate shapes—think moderate detail that translates well to 10 mm foam. The pattern must cover the entire suit: helmet, torso, arms, legs, and backpack unit. Please break large pieces into tiled pages that fit on both A4 and US-Letter so I can print at home, include alignment marks, part labels, and a simple scale reference. Final deliverable: a clean, layered PDF set ready for printing, plus any assembly notes you feel will help with foam thickness, curve cuts, and edge bevels. I work in Pepakura and Adobe Acrobat, so exporting from those or similar tools is fine as long as the finished files arrive in PDF.
