I’m looking for a seasoned full-stack developer who can take a Sales-focused CRM from idea to a production-ready web application. The core goal is to give my sales team one place to capture leads, track deals, and generate real-time performance insights. Scope • Architect a scalable web CRM with a modern tech stack—React (or comparable front-end framework), Node/Express or Laravel on the back end, and a relational database (PostgreSQL/MySQL). • Build key sales-management modules: lead intake, deal pipeline, activity timeline, task reminders, and quota vs. actual dashboards. • Implement role-based access so sales reps, managers, and admins each see just what they need. • Provide advanced search, filters, and CSV/XLS export for reporting. • Integrate email (IMAP/SMTP) and calendar sync to log conversations automatically. • Make the UI responsive, quick, and easy to navigate on desktop, tablet, and mobile. • Deploy to a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean) with CI/CD pipelines and basic monitoring. • Deliver clean, well-commented code, an ER diagram, API documentation (Swagger or similar), and a brief user guide. Acceptance The project is considered complete when: 1. All listed modules work end-to-end and pass user acceptance tests. 2. Source code is pushed to my private repository with instructions to reproduce the build. 3. Demo site is live on the agreed cloud account. 4. I receive handover documentation and a walkthrough call.
