I am seeking a skilled data scientist or data analyst to complete my final Data Science Capstone Project. The goal is to perform a full end-to-end analysis of the provided dataset (Life Insurance Sales Data – BFSI domain), extract meaningful insights, and deliver polished reports and presentations that align with the given academic and formatting rules. All datasets, templates, and evaluation rubrics are available in the attached repository. Freelancers are expected to strictly follow these rules and submission standards. Scope of Work & Deliverables: Notes 1 - Conduct initial data exploration, cleaning, and descriptive analysis. - Prepare a Business Report explaining the approach, findings, and business implications (no raw code). - Include a Python Notebook (.ipynb) file for reference. Notes 2 - Perform deeper analysis, feature engineering, and modeling. - Provide a Business Report summarizing insights and visual outputs (charts, graphs, tables, etc.). - Submit a corresponding Python Notebook for validation. Final Report - Comprehensive business report covering the full analysis flow, models, insights, and recommendations. - Should clearly link technical results to business outcomes. - Accompanied by a clean, well-commented Python Notebook. Final Presentation (PPT) - Create a 10-minute presentation (plus 5 minutes for Q&A) using the provided template. - Sections: Business Problem, Modelling Approach, Insights, and Recommendations. - Must be visually clear, concise, and professional. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn, Scikit-learn) - Strong grasp of data cleaning, visualization, feature engineering, and ML modeling - Ability to draw business insights from data and communicate them clearly - Experience with report writing and presentation design Important Guidelines: - Business Reports are the primary basis of evaluation; Python notebooks are for reference only. - No plagiarism — all content must be original and compliant with the provided rubrics. - All tables, figures, and charts must be numbered, titled, and clearly labeled. - Ensure all visuals are legible and relevant. - Follow repository templates for formatting and sequencing.
