Here is the flow I have in mind: 1. Export all data from AccuLynx. 2. Clean and standardise fields where necessary. 3. Map each field, file, and note to its JobNimbus equivalent. 4. Import in logical batches, testing as we go. 5. Re-run spot checks to confirm totals match, links open, and no duplicates slipped in. You will have admin-level access to both CRMs, plus a secure folder for file transfers. Please work with common migration tools or your own scripts—whatever gets the job done accurately and on time—as long as you maintain data integrity and confidentiality. Acceptance criteria • Customer Information: counts, field values, and contact links identical in both systems. • Sales Data: pipeline stages, deal values, and activity logs preserved. • Documents & Files: every attachment downloadable from the correct JobNimbus record. • Final verification report summarising totals, issues found, and resolutions.
