Summary We are a fast-growing D2C e-commerce company running multiple Shopify stores. We want to set up a clear data tracking system that gives us full visibility into our supply chain performance. We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who understands e-commerce, Shopify data, and logistics KPIs. Your job will be to build a system (dashboard + data extraction logic) that tracks the following KPIs: - Average Processing Time: time between the tracking number being added in Shopify (“Shipment information received”) and the second tracking update. - Average Shipping Time: time between the second tracking update and the delivery scan. - Percentage of Orders Processed Over 5 Days: reporting on all orders taking more than 5 days to process. - Percentage of Orders Delivered Over X Days: X depends on the destination country. What You Will Build: - A data extraction workflow pulling correct timestamps from Shopify + tracking provider(s) - A dashboard (Looker Studio, Sheets, Airtable, or your recommended tool) - Automated calculations of all KPIs - Visualizations/export options for our operations team - Optional: automated data refresh - Documentation on how everything works Required Skills: - Shopify data knowledge - Experience with tracking APIs (17Track, Parcelpanel, TrackingMore, Aftership, etc.) - Ability to calculate logistics KPIs - Dashboard building (Looker Studio, Sheets, Airtable, etc.) - Clear communication and documentation To Apply, Please Answer: 1.
