I’m taking our Dynamics 365 CRM instance from “out of the box” to truly business-ready and need an experienced technical consultant to drive the remaining work. The engagement spans all three pillars of the platform: • Customization – build the custom entities and fields that mirror our processes, deploy workflows or plugin assemblies where code is the better fit, and refine the user interface so each team sees only what matters. • Configuration – set up security roles and permission hierarchies, tune forms and views for every business unit, and add business rules that keep data clean without slowing users down. • Integration – review our current landscape and connect D365 CRM to the other apps we rely on, ensuring data flows smoothly and errors surface clearly. You’ll have access to our sandbox, existing solution files and a prioritized backlog. I expect managed solutions ready for deployment, well-commented source code (C#, JavaScript or Power Automate flows as appropriate) and concise hand-over notes so my internal admin can support everything after go-live.
