My dedicated server runs CyberPanel and, sometime within the past week, the site it hosts simply stopped loading. Browsers spin until they time-out—no page, no error, just silence. I’m not sure whether any recent configuration change, auto-update, DNS tweak, SSL renewal, or firewall rule triggered the problem, so I need a seasoned Linux/CyberPanel engineer to step in and get the site back online. Scope of work • Investigate the root cause through CyberPanel, OpenLiteSpeed, system logs, DNS records, and SSL status. • Apply the fix—whether that’s adjusting virtual host settings, repairing DNS/SSL, restarting daemons, or patching corrupted configs—so the site loads normally worldwide over HTTP and HTTPS. • Document the steps you took and any settings you changed so I can keep a record for future reference. Acceptance criteria 1. URL resolves and returns a 200 status code in standard browser tests and tools like curl or GTmetrix. 2. No new errors in CyberPanel or server logs after the fix. 3. Brief report delivered outlining cause and corrective actions. You’ll get full root SSH access plus the CyberPanel admin login immediately after we start. I’d like the restoration completed as soon as possible, ideally within the day.
