We are looking for an experienced Xero specialist to fully customise our quoting and invoicing system. This is NOT basic setup — we want a clean, professional, trade-specific system built that suits how construction jobs actually run. Scope of work includes: • Custom Quote Template built inside Xero • Custom Invoice Template built inside Xero • Progress claim / staged invoice capability • Variations / extras structure • Clear labour vs materials breakdown • Professional branded layout (construction style) • Ability to match real job costing structure We want: • Quotes that look professional and easy for clients to understand • Invoices that align with construction payment stages • A system that is simple for the team to use daily • Everything built specifically for a bricklaying / construction workflow Must have experience with: • Xero template customisation • Trade or construction business workflows • Job-based billing Bonus if familiar with: • Australian construction industry • Progress claims / staged payments • Variations handling Deliverables: • Fully built templates inside Xero • Branding applied • Ready-to-use system • Walkthrough on how to use it Goal is to turn Xero into a practical quoting + invoicing tool for a construction business — not just accounting software.
