I need a reliable, easy-to-maintain chatbot that can live inside popular messaging apps such as WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger and take care of day-to-day customer support questions. Core goals • Reply to frequent customer queries automatically, 24/7, in clear, natural language. • Handover any complex or sensitive conversations to a live agent without losing chat history. • Log every interaction so I can review conversation quality and common issues. What I already have – A knowledge-base in PDF and FAQ format. – Access to Meta Business / WhatsApp Business API. What I expect from you 1. Build and deploy the bot on the chosen messaging channel(s). 2. Map my existing FAQs into intents, entities, and responses. 3. Configure fallback, escalation, and opt-out flows. 4. Provide a simple dashboard (or connect to an existing one) so I can update answers without touching code. 5. Deliver a brief hand-off guide and one revision round after initial testing. Tech stack is flexible—Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or another comparable platform are all fine if they integrate smoothly with WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
