I’ve defined a proprietary trading strategy and now need it coded into a reliable Python-based Forex bot. The core requirements are: • Strategy logic: I will share precise entry, exit, and risk-management rules. Translate them faithfully—no off-the-shelf templates. • 24-hour coverage: The bot must cycle through Asian, European, and American sessions, activating only in the windows I specify. • Margin trading: All orders will be placed on margin, so include position-sizing, leverage parameters, and automatic stop-outs. • Broker/API flexibility: Prefer MetaTrader 5 or a REST WebSocket broker (OANDA, IC Markets, etc.), yet structure the code so endpoints and credentials sit in a single config file. • Robustness: Logging, error handling, and reconnection logic for network hiccups. • Back-testing & quick optimisation: Provide a script that runs the strategy on historical data so I can validate behaviour before going live. • Handover package: well-commented Python source, requirements.txt, and a short README showing install, configuration, and start/stop commands.
