I need a pinch weld puck designed for a 2-post above-ground lift. Requirements: - Material: Durable Plastic - Size: 5" diameter, 5" tall - Compatible with 2-post above-ground lifts Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience with designing and fabricating plastic components - Knowledge of automotive lifting equipment - Ability to ensure durability and stability under load Opening for pinch weld is only 1/4" wide .and 1" deep. Slot must be rough because these will be permanently attached using urethane adhesive. Vehicle gross weight is 4000lb 2024 Dodge Hornet . Will need 4 and there is a strong possibility of a limited market for these . I maybe able to provide a model made from craft paper .
