Project Title: Custom Loft Bed With Storage Stairs and Desk – Blueprint & 3D Design Project Description: I am looking for a designer to create a detailed blueprint and 3D model for a custom loft bed with storage stairs and a desk underneath. The loft will be built inside an existing bedroom, and I want plans that a carpenter or DIY builder can follow. Room Dimensions: - Width: 130 inches - Depth: 130 inches - Ceiling height: 112 inches Bed Size: - Full mattress (54" × 75") Layout Concept: - Loft bed positioned along the back wall of the room - Storage stairs on the left side leading up to the bed - Desk/workspace underneath the loft, facing toward the window - Stairs should include hidden storage drawers in the lower steps What I Need From the Designer: 1. 3D rendering of the loft bed in the room 2. Top-view layout plan 3. Front and side elevations 4. Exact measurements for all parts 5. Lumber cut list 6. Stair drawer design for hidden storage 7. Structural recommendations (beam sizes, supports, etc.) Preferred Software: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or similar.
