I’m building a solution that needs my Canon EOS 1500D to talk fluently with a piece of custom-built software. The goal is to remove this white box( Autofocus box) through coding. You should already know the camera’s quirks, Canon’s EOS Digital SDK, and the typical USB/PTP pipeline so we can skip the basics and dive straight into coding. I can handle UI design and general application logic; what I’m missing is the low-level bridge that makes the 1500D behave like a well-documented peripheral. Please send a detailed project proposal outlining: • your approach to establishing stable communication and handling Canon SDK limitations • milestones you suggest (initial proof-of-concept, feature expansion, final polishing) • tech stack you prefer and any prior work that proves it will work here Final deliverable: a clean, extensively commented codebase (Windows or cross-platform is fine), accompanied by a concise setup guide so I can compile, extend and deploy it myself.
