I’m upgrading the front stage in my 2019 Nissan Sentra with a pair of DS18 super-bullet tweeters and need a purpose-built speaker pod I can 3-D print in ABS. Your task is to create a print-ready STL (and, ideally, the editable source file) that bolts directly to the factory A-pillar without cutting or glue. Key requirements • Exact fit for the OEM pillar: I’ll share photos and measurements of the stock trim and the tweeter’s mounting cup so you can place the bolt holes and seating depth accurately. • Smooth, simple exterior that blends with the pillar and can be painted or wrapped to match the interior colour. No aggressive fins or textures. • Heat-resistant geometry: consider ABS printing limitations—draft angles, wall thickness, and venting—to avoid warping in summer heat. • Hidden fasteners: countersunk or recessed screws that line up with the existing clips/screw points so the finished pod looks factory. Deliverables 1. STL file, oriented for printing, with support recommendations. 2. Original CAD (STEP or Fusion 360) for future tweaks. 3. A quick PDF or JPG showing mounting points, overall dimensions, and tweeter clearance. Once I receive the files I’ll print a prototype; if it clips in cleanly and the tweeter sits flush without vibration, we’re done. Minor revisions for perfect fit are part of the scope. Let’s build something that looks OEM but sounds far better.
