I need a straightforward application that lets people look up voter information on any device—phones, tablets, or a desktop browser—without extra bells and whistles. A user should be able to enter basic details, hit search, and immediately see the relevant voter record drawn from our data source (Excel import;). Here’s the experience I have in mind: • One clean search screen with minimal fields. • A results view that returns registration status, polling place, and any other legally sharable fields we pull from the data. • A responsive layout so the exact same codebase serves iOS, Android, and the web version. Tech-wise, I’m flexible: Flutter, React Native, Ionic, or a lightweight PWA all work as long as a single codebase covers mobile and desktop. If you already have a preferred stack, let me know how you’d keep performance snappy and build size small.
