At minimum, the core build must let people sign up, submit a rating about a specialist service. A browser will be able review the ratings through intuitive search and filter options. A clean, responsive interface, secure authentication flow, and well-structured database are all expected components. This is a product where a user can not enter text, only select responses. The ratings from raters are to be aggregated to produce a single rating score for a particular service. The web based product will have a subscription model where the detail that sits behind the ratings can be purchased by a provider as a tool to help them improve or understand their service offer more. You’re free to choose the stack—React / React Native, Flutter, Next.js, Node, or another equivalent framework—so long as it delivers fast performance and is well-documented.
