I’m ready to commission a full UPI-enabled mobile application that runs smoothly on both Android and iOS. The core build must let a user send and receive money, check their balance in real time and review a clear, searchable transaction history. Security is critical. I will only accept an implementation that combines two-factor authentication, biometric authentication and end-to-end encrypted transactions in line with current NPCI guidelines. If you already work with tools such as Flutter, React Native, Kotlin + Swift or any other framework that can meet the compliance bar, feel free to use what you know best—what matters is that the final apps pass certification and work identically on both platforms.
