I’m putting together a real-time, one-on-one fitness training platform that runs smoothly on iOS, Android, and any modern desktop browser. At its heart is low-latency, built-in video streaming so clients and trainers can connect without relying on Zoom or other third-party tools. Three user roles sit at the core of this build—Clients, Trainers, and Admins—each with a tailored dashboard for scheduling sessions, handling subscriptions, and reviewing performance. Secure payments must be available through Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay / Google Pay, ideally via a PCI-compliant gateway such as Stripe or Braintree. To keep the scope focused, I want to start with an MVP. Once signed off, we move into development for the three platforms, finishing with a lightweight admin panel to manage users, payouts, and basic analytics.
