I’m building the first release of a marketplace that links Egyptian auto-spare-parts vendors with car owners. The goal is a single code-base mobile app—React Native or Flutter—delivered for both Android and iOS, backed by a solid admin portal and scalable APIs. Mobile application • A clean customer journey from search to checkout • Vendor side access embedded in the same build or a paired app, whichever keeps the UX simple • Cross-platform code must feel native—smooth animations, push notifications, deep linking, the works Vendor wallet & payouts My highest priorities are an accurate balance overview and detailed transaction history. Commission is calculated per sale; the backend should update wallet balances automatically and expose webhook or cron hooks for scheduled pay-outs. Think Stripe-like ledgers but tuned for local Egyptian gateways. Order management All three pillars are required: real-time order tracking, a searchable order history, and push/e-mail notifications at every status change. I want customers to follow their parts from “confirmed” to “delivered” without calling support. Admin dashboard A lightweight web dashboard is enough for this MVP. It must let me: – review new vendor sign-ups, – override or refund orders, – adjust commission rates, – monitor wallet balances and transaction logs. Payments Please integrate an Egypt-based gateway (Paymob, Fawry or similar). Handle tokenisation, refunds, and payouts through the wallet. Tech expectations Reusable, well-commented code, Git version control, and clear environment setup docs. Deploy the backend on a mainstream stack—Node.js, Laravel, Django or similar—container-ready so I can push to AWS or any VPS. Acceptance criteria 1. Android (Play Store-ready) and iOS (TestFlight-ready) builds. 2. End-to-end purchase flow tested with the live Egyptian gateway sandbox. 3. Wallet shows correct balances after at least three simulated orders with varying commissions. 4. Dashboard operations work in Chrome and Safari. 5. Source code, database schema, and API docs handed over. If you’ve shipped marketplace apps before, especially with wallet logic, I’d love to see them. Budget flexible for the right candidate.
