Project Description: Our house interior design and plaster ceiling plan has already been completed. However, after opening up some walls during renovation, we discovered 3 beams (highlighted in green in the attached plan/photos). These beams drop approximately 1 foot from the ceiling and affect the execution of our current plaster ceiling design. We do not have editable 2D/3D files of the design. The only materials we can provide are the 2D drawings and 3D rendered images given to us by our designer. These are attached along with an actual photo of the space. The freelancer will need to work based on these images and create alternative solutions. We are looking for an experienced interior/ceiling designer to: Review our existing ceiling and interior design (via the provided images). Propose creative adjustments to the ceiling layout to integrate the 3 beams seamlessly. Provide at least 2–3 alternative design options that are both practical and aesthetically pleasing. Consider lighting placement and room proportions in the revised designs. Deliverables: Revised ceiling design drawings (2D or 3D, recreated as needed). Visual mockups/renders showing how the beams are incorporated. Requirements: Proven experience in ceiling and interior design. Ability to work creatively without original CAD/3D files. Strong portfolio of similar projects. Please share examples of relevant past work in your proposal, along with your estimated timeline and cost.
