I run a local courier company and I’m ready to move all bookings online. The site’s core job is to let customers create an account, log in, and schedule pick-ups or deliveries in just a few clicks. During the booking flow they must be able to choose between several service tiers—same-day, overnight, economy, or any others we add later—so the form has to surface those options clearly. Once a booking is submitted I want an automatic confirmation email to the customer and the job visible inside a simple admin dashboard where my team can review, update status, or export the data. Payment integration isn’t mandatory on day one, but please build in a clean way to bolt it on without rewriting the whole workflow. Shipment tracking could be a future phase, so structuring the database with that in mind will help. I’m flexible on tech—WordPress + WooCommerce, Laravel, or a lightweight React front end hitting a Node or PHP API are all fine—as long as the result is mobile-responsive, fast, and easy for a non-technical owner to maintain.
