About Us: We are an emerging beauty brand with global ambitions, creating high-quality, luxury-inspired products in the color cosmetics space. We are seeking a talented Freelance Product Designer with experience in cosmetics packaging and product design to bring our concepts to life, from initial ideas to production-ready files. Responsibilities: Translate design concepts and moodboards into 3D models, renders, and technical drawings suitable for manufacturing. Develop packaging and component designs (lipsticks, compacts, mascara tubes, palettes, etc.) that are both aesthetically appealing and functional. Ensure designs are production-feasible while keeping a luxury, premium look. Work closely with founders to refine brand vision into tangible designs. Provide guidance on materials, finishes, textures, and ergonomics suitable for the beauty industry. Collaborate with suppliers/manufacturers to adjust designs if required. Requirements: Proven experience designing color cosmetics packaging or similar consumer beauty products. Strong portfolio showcasing lipsticks, compacts, palettes, or skincare packaging. Proficiency in design software: SolidWorks, Rhino, AutoCAD, KeyShot, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (or similar). Knowledge of cosmetics packaging trends, ergonomics, and sustainability. Familiarity with manufacturing processes (injection molding, metal detailing, embossing, engraving, refill systems) is a plus. Ability to deliver high-quality designs under deadlines.
