The build must be handled by someone comfortable switching between PHP, Java, Python, HTML/CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks—whichever stack best delivers fast loading times, stable security, and easy future maintenance. A clean codebase with straightforward documentation is essential because internal staff will eventually handle minor updates. Core pages will present our services, showcase the team, and provide an intuitive contact route for prospects. While those features sound standard, I need them implemented with professional polish: smooth navigation, mobile-first responsiveness, and subtle animations that don’t sacrifice performance.
