I have a steady stream of 3D scans in STL format—mostly decorative geometries and occasional logo text—that need to be translated into clean, machinable 2D sketches - DXF. Using Autodesk Fusion 360, you’ll open each STL, trace or re-sketch the relevant 3D profiles into a 2D Sketch, and deliver a single DXF file per part ready for my CAM workflow. Key points • Work is centred on decorative geometries; some pieces include lettering that must stay legible. • Keep linework precise, closed, and on one plane so I can slot it straight into tool-path setup. • I’ll provide a sample STL to start; if that looks good, more files will follow on an ongoing basis. If you’re comfortable moving from STL to 2D inside Fusion and can turn these around quickly, let’s get started.
