I have a complete set of floorplans and reference photos saved as PDFs and I’d like them turned into clear, concept-level 3D sketches that cover the entire property, inside and out. These visuals will help me test layout ideas and discuss finishes with my contractor, so they don’t need to be photo-realistic renders—quick, accurate massing and space definition are what matter most. Here’s what I expect to receive: • A single 3D model that includes every room plus the exterior shell, delivered in an editable format such as SketchUp, Revit, or an equivalent I can open. • A handful of high-resolution perspective images (multiple angles per floor and at least one overall exterior view) exported as JPEG or PNG for easy sharing. • The ability to request one round of minor tweaks once I review the first draft. Please show examples of comparable 3D work you’ve already completed so I can gauge style and accuracy; a link or PDF portfolio is perfect.
