Space planning, mood boards, colour palettes and material suggestions should all speak one modern language, yet keep each room practical and welcoming. In the bedrooms I want built-in wardrobes to be a visual and functional highlight, so please integrate them seamlessly into your layouts and elevations. Beyond the creative direction, I also require the technical side: reflected ceiling plans, lighting and power layouts, furniture plans, joinery details and any notes that will help contractors price and build accurately. All drawings must align with local code and be delivered in editable DWG (or similar) as well as PDF. High-quality, photorealistic 3D renders are essential.
