Foundational requirements – Kotlin or Flutter with clean architecture, modular code and REST-ready data layer. – Local database for offline capture, background sync service, and encrypted storage. – Firebase (or similar) for auth, push, and crash analytics. – Media compression before upload, GPS tagging, and graceful handling of spotty connectivity. – Play-Store-compliant security, privacy, and 64-bit builds.
