I’m ready to move our email marketing inside Constant Contact from basic to best-in-class. All creative assets—copy, graphics, product photos, case studies—are finished and waiting; what I need is the technical and strategic expertise to put them to work. Scope of work • Email campaign set-up: Build branded, mobile-responsive templates and schedule regular promotional blasts that drive traffic back to nanoclear.ca. • Audience segmentation: Import existing lists, tidy the data, and slice it by geography, customer type, and purchase behaviour so every message feels personal to our Ontario-based subscribers. • Automated drip sequences: Design and launch evergreen journeys that welcome new leads, push product education, and nudge prospects toward a sale. New contacts will flow in from our website, Shopify store, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok lead forms. • Analytics & reporting: Configure tracking, UTM tags, and custom dashboards, then send concise weekly reports highlighting open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and next-step recommendations. Acceptance criteria – At least two promotional templates and one complete drip workflow live in Constant Contact. – Lists are segmented and tagged according to the agreed schema. – Integrations with Shopify plus our social channels are tested and capturing contacts automatically. – First performance report delivered one week after launch.
