I’m dealing with three main pain points—​inaccurate data, missing events, and lingering integration issues—​so the work goes beyond a quick tag tweak. Scope of work • GA4: eliminate “(not set)” traffic, repair broken parameters, and ensure all ecommerce events feed the correct revenue, item, and attribution data. • GTM: rebuild or streamline the container for web and app, including dataLayer pushes, server-side tagging where valuable, and version control. • Paid-social pixels: configure and QA standard + custom events for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat so that PageView, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, Purchase, and any custom funnel events fire with proper deduplication. • Cross-platform validation: compare real-time, debug, and raw event logs to confirm parity; provide screenshots or recordings as proof. • Handoff: concise implementation notes and a change log so my team can maintain the setup moving forward.
