I’m a REALTOR and commercial real estate professional based in the Dallas-Fort Worth market operating under my own brand (Escuadra Real Estate). I need someone to build a complete lead generation and nurture system from scratch. This is a one-time setup project with potential for ongoing management. What I need built: 1. Meta Ads Setup (Facebook & Instagram) • Create and launch lead generation ad campaigns targeting DFW buyers, sellers, and commercial/retail tenants • Set up Facebook Pixel and Meta Lead Ad forms (capturing name, email, phone, inquiry type) • Build custom and lookalike audiences 2. CRM + Mailchimp Integration • Connect Meta Lead Ads → Mailchimp (via LeadsBridge or Zapier) • Segment my Mailchimp list by lead type: residential buyers, sellers, commercial/leasing inquiries • Set up automated welcome email sequence for new leads (3–5 emails) 3.
