Comprehensive AI Secretary Toolkit

I want to build an end-to-end AI solution that takes over the repetitive, time-consuming work that lands on a company secretary’s desk, freeing me to focus on strategic guidance instead of paperwork. The tool must cover three everyday pain points—scheduling & calendar coordination, document drafting/review, and accurate meeting-minutes transcription—and then go well beyond them. In practice, I expect one unified web app (or desktop suite) whose modules can be switched on as needed, all running on a robust NLP stack (GPT-4, Google Gemini or similar), with a clean dashboard and secure, role-based access. Core capabilities to include • Scheduling & calendar management that syncs with Outlook/Google, recognises clashes, and proposes smart rescheduling. • Document drafting & review with template libraries, clause comparison and red-flag detection. • Live or uploaded audio transcription that tags speakers and turns rough notes into polished minutes. Specialised secretary tool kit I also need modules for: • Regulatory Compass – prompts and reminders of ROC, NCLT, RD and SEBI deadlines. • Procedure & Practice wizard – step-by-step guides matching the Companies Act. • Forms autopopulation. • Statutory Register & Records generator. • Secretary Audit Toolkit. • Mini Law Library with quick search and case digest. • Legal Opinion & Research Assistant, incl. judgement simulator and scenario solver. • Policy and agreement drafting (capital-raising advisory, board resolutions, notices, petitions, replies to RD/NCLT/ROC, valuation reports, etc.). • Meeting assistants for board and general meetings (agenda builder, attendance tracking, resolution assistant, email drafts). Tech expectations Python, Node or similar back-end; vector database for precedents; OCR for scanned documents; secure REST API; and an interface that lets me add future compliance jurisdictions without starting from scratch. Acceptance criteria 1. Click-through prototype showing each module’s workflow. 2. Working MVP covering the three core capabilities plus at least two specialised modules of your choice. 3. Documentation: system architecture, prompt library, user manual, and deployment guide. If you have experience blending large-language models with legal or compliance workflows and can demonstrate prior SaaS or desktop delivery, let’s talk about timelines and the best way to phase this build.
