I have an existing patio that I want to transform into a cohesive outdoor zone. Your job is to take my hand-drawn sketch and the AI-generated 3-D render (both attached) and turn them into a build-ready plan. Scope • Extend the patio with a composite deck large enough to support a hexagonal 12ft x 18ft above-ground pool and a walk-around lounging deck. I am aiming for a clean, modern look that complements the pool’s shape. • Remove the current lawn surrounding the patio and replace it with low-maintenance pea gravel, blending it smoothly into the new decking line. • Position and integrate a 12 ft × 8 ft tool shed so it feels intentional, not an afterthought—proper access, footing details, and airflow clearance are essential. Deliverables 1. Scaled site plan showing the deck footprint, pool placement, shed location, and gravel boundary. 2. Construction drawings (framing, joist spacing, footing specs) for the composite deck. 3. Material schedule listing quantities for composite boards, sub-structure lumber/steel, fasteners, gravel volume, and shed foundation. 4. Two or three perspective renders or annotated elevations that illustrate how the modern deck, pea-gravel field, and shed tie together. 5. Brief installation notes that call out local code checks, drainage allowance, and any recommended hardware. I have rough dimensions, but I am happy to supply extra site photos or measurements you need to finalize the drawings. Ideally you work in SketchUp, Revit, or similar so I can review and hand the files directly to my contractor. If something in the concept feels off or an engineering constraint pops up, flag it early—I’d rather tweak on screen than in the yard.
