I’m creating a large-scale MDF feature panel that will measure 10 ft × 5 ft and be carved 6 in deep. The look I’m after is a complex, flowing wave pattern rendered with high detail so every contour reads cleanly once machined. You’ll receive my reference images to guide the style and rhythm of the waves, but I’m open to your artistic input on how best to translate them into a single STL that will mill reliably on CNC. Please keep the mesh watertight, scaled to the exact final dimensions, and optimized for a smooth tool-path—no stray vertices or non-manifold edges. Deliverable • One ready-to-mill STL file at 10 ft × 5 ft × 6 in depth, true to scale and error-checked for CNC compatibility. I’m ready to share the references as soon as we start, and I’ll be available to test-fit the file in my CAM software if any quick tweaks are needed.
