I’m launching a full-scale, on-demand delivery service and need the entire digital ecosystem built from scratch. The scope covers four interconnected products: • Customer App (Android & iOS) • Service Provider/Rider App (Android & iOS) • Web-based Admin Panel • Public marketing website with download links For the customer experience, real-time order tracking on an interactive map, seamless in-app payments, and a straightforward ratings & reviews flow are non-negotiable. On the service-provider side, drivers must receive instant job notifications, monitor their earnings in real time, and chat in-app with customers for quick clarifications. The admin panel should let me manage users, orders, payouts, promotional codes, pricing zones, and service analytics from any browser. Efficiency and scalability matter, so I’m open to React Native or Flutter for the mobile builds, paired with a robust backend (Node.js, Laravel, or similar) on AWS or GCP. Whatever the stack, the end result has to be production-ready, secure (PCI-compliant for payments), and published to both app stores. If you’ve delivered comparable multi-app platforms before, tell me how you’ll structure the project, which third-party services you’d integrate for payments, geolocation, and push notifications, and your estimated timeline for a staged rollout (beta → launch).
