My managed-service-provider platform is already underway, but several core pieces still need to be brought to production quality. I need a developer who can step in quickly, read the existing codebase, and finish the remaining modules: • Monitoring & alerting – real-time health checks, thresholds, and notification workflows • Ticketing system – creation, assignment, status updates, and reporting dashboards • Remote management – secure remote access, command execution, and device inventory The stack is modern (REST APIs, containerised services, and a React front end), so you will be comfortable working with Git, Docker, and a standard CI/CD pipeline. Clean, well-documented code and unit tests are non-negotiable because the platform is part of a larger ecosystem that my own internal services will integrate with. Those proprietary integrations are already outlined in an API spec; I will share it once we start. I’ll provide the current repo, environment variables, and a staging server. Your milestones will be tied to each feature going live on that server, fully tested and signed off through our automated suite. If this first phase goes smoothly, I have a roadmap of enhancements that could keep us collaborating long-term.
