We provide information, referrals, counseling, and material support through our Pregnancy Support Center. For those who need additional care, we offer maternity housing and longer-term housing for single mothers as they work toward self-sufficiency. We currently operate from two separate locations and are preparing to consolidate and expand onto newly acquired land. --- Project Overview We have recently purchased six acres in Lebanon, Missouri, and are seeking creative assistance in developing a master plan for the property. Our goal is to create a campus-style environment that reflects our mission and allows for future expansion. We want a designer who can help us visualize the full potential of this property—how our programs, housing, and future services could best be integrated in a welcoming, functional setting. --- Project Phases (Conceptual Layout) Phase 1: -A 60’ x 100’ multi-use building (“machine shed”) with living quarters & Five RV parking spaces for future volunteer workers Phase 2: - A new main facility combining administrative offices, meeting areas, a small clinic space, and a maternity home - Approximately 10,000 sq. ft., single-level - Design inspiration similar to a 'Ronald McDonald House'—warm, family-oriented, and comfortable - Future expansion options should be considered in the design Phase 3: -Apartment-style living quarters for clients and their children in the final phase of our programs (independent living transition) Phase 4 (Future Development): - Space reserved for **additional services** such as childcare, community partnerships, or rental space for another small clinic --- Project Deliverables (Initial Scope) For this proposal, we are seeking: -Conceptual site plan / layout for the 6-acre property - 3D exterior renderings showing the overall campus vision (suitable for donor presentations) - 2D drawing layout of the entire project, with a simple layout of what interior floorplan of phase 2 would be. - Recommendations for building placement, circulation, and green space - Consideration of future phases and natural expansion possibilities This initial phase focuses on creative design and visualization.
