I maintain a product that relies heavily on Cloudinary URLs to process user-generated videos. A few transformation links have recently started breaking and I’d like someone who knows the platform inside-out to jump in, fix the immediate issues, and stay available for incremental improvements as we grow. The core task that is working is a small PNG watermark that sits in the top-left corner. The other more important flow is a stitch of two videoes. here is the logic. A user uploads a video (mp4) and saves it to his profile. He creates a custom video and can choose an option to add an intro and watermark. We have the stitching working, but need it working with the cloudinary API so that any intro of any length from 2-5 seconds as an mp4 is stitched to the main video. The final result is a video that first plays an intro and then plays the main. The main has an optional watermark. Deliverables: • Code working and fully tested for the logic above. • A brief changelog or comment sheet describing each fix. • Troubleshooting notes so future regressions are easier to spot. Acceptance criteria: all existing video pages load without Cloudinary errors, the transofrmations persists through adaptive streaming renditions, and Lighthouse reports no new performance regressions.
