Your Role We’re looking for a clear, confident English communicator to represent our technical team in client interactions. You’ll help ensure our clients feel informed, supported, and understood while the developers stay focused on building. What You’ll Do Participate in scheduled client meetings and interviews (virtually). Translate technical updates into concise, business-friendly summaries. Collect and communicate client feedback to our internal team. Draft clear post-meeting notes, proposals, and follow-up messages to keep projects on track. Why You’ll Succeed You have experience in technical support or IT communication roles, where you’ve served as the bridge between users and engineers. You’re comfortable discussing topics like full-stack development, agile workflows, and cloud systems—and you know how to make them understandable to non-technical stakeholders. Performance-based profit sharing on every project you help deliver. Engagement Details Expect 2–5 client sessions per week to start, plus short written follow-ups. As our client base grows, opportunities will expand into discovery workshops and proposal reviews—all with technical execution handled by our in-house engineers.
