I am looking for someone to quickly turn an existing Google Sheet into a functional maintenance tracking workspace in ClickUp (or a similar tool). The current sheet tracks equipment, rentals, and maintenance, and I want a working system that can fully replace it. Scope: Review my existing spreadsheet and understand the fields and logic Design and set up a ClickUp space/lists/views to mirror and improve the sheet Create appropriate custom fields (e.g. status, maintenance due dates, assigned operator, rental status, under maintenance, etc.) Configure recurring tasks/reminders for maintenance and inspections Set up a simple reporting/overview dashboard so I can see upcoming maintenance and equipment status at a glance Import or help import existing data from the spreadsheet Requirements: Proven experience setting up ClickUp (or similar project management tools) for operations, maintenance, or equipment tracking Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver a complete working setup Good communication and ability to explain the structure you create
