I run a small matrimonial service with roughly 1,000 active profiles and I’m ready to move the entire experience to a dedicated Android app. The overall aesthetic must stay simple and clean—no flashy graphics, just an intuitive layout that keeps the focus on the profiles. Core flow • New users register through phone-number verification only (OTP). I do not want email, social or any other sign-up method. • After login, users can browse or search the profile database. Search should let them refine results by Education, Age, Income, Region and Caste. These filters need to be fast and can be combined in any order. • Each profile will show photo gallery, personal details and a “request contact” button that triggers an in-app notification or SMS alert to the other party. • I’ll be managing about 1,000 records at launch, so a lightweight back-end (Firebase, Supabase or anything equally straightforward) is acceptable as long as it keeps data secure and scalable. What I need from you 1. Fully functional Android app (APK + source) built with Kotlin or Flutter, following Material guidelines for that clean look. 2. Simple admin console or script so I can bulk-upload, edit and deactivate profiles without touching code. 3. Basic analytics hook (Firebase or similar) so I can track active users and search behaviour. 4. Short hand-over document plus a hand-off call to walk me through deployment to Google Play. Acceptance criteria • OTP login works end-to-end on actual devices. • Every filter returns accurate results within two seconds on a 4G connection. • No crash or major UI glitch after a minimum 100-profile scroll test. • Code is neatly commented and builds without errors in Android Studio.
