I need a fully-functional chatbot built in the Chatapp platform (https://chatapp.online) that will take over the returns and exchanges process for my customers. The bot must greet users, collect their name, telephone, and emails (if it is a new customer), verify in our customer database (Bitrix24), and then trigger the appropriate workflow Once our return label or exchange request is created automatically. Core flow • Authenticate user against the customer database through the Chatapp API connectors. • Pull ticket details from the RPA System and present the opened issues • Confirm completion with a tracking link or follow-up instructions. Acceptance criteria • All steps run inside Chatapp without manual intervention. • Integration calls succeed for both systems and log errors gracefully. • I can watch a live demo handling at least two tickets—one return, one exchange. • Clear hand-off instructions and exported bot configuration files are provided so I can reinstall the bot in a fresh Chatapp workspace if needed. Please build using native Chatapp tools only—no external middleware unless it is already supported by their webhook feature. Include concise setup documentation and any custom scripts or endpoints you create.
