I’m running a series of employment-skills workshops for mid-career professionals and expect roughly 25 people in each session (anywhere from 21 – 30). I need engaging facilitators who can guide participants through hands-on activities centred on: • Career coaching • Resume writing Working together, we’ll refine a concise 2–3-hour agenda, complete with slides, worksheets, and follow-up resources. On the day, you will: – Deliver the session live online (Zoom or similar), keeping energy high with breakout rooms, polls, and real-time résumé critiques. – Provide all materials afterward, along with a brief summary of outcomes and recommendations. If you’ve successfully coached professionals at this stage of their careers and can translate that know-how into an interactive group format, share a recent agenda or sample slide deck when you apply. I’m keen to collaborate soon and make these sessions truly valuable for every attendee.
