The work starts with our caravan’s backbone: a brand-new chassis layout created in CAD / Fusion 360 and supported by fabrication drawings that prove, not just assume, its weight distribution and structural integrity. Material selection must be shown in the model so that final weight estimates are trustworthy. Key considerations for the chassis are: • Weight distribution across the draw-bar, tandem points and rear overhang • Structural integrity confirmed by section properties and realistic loading scenarios • Material selection, clearly called out on each member • Solid-axle versus independent-suspension mounting geometry, with room for future substitution • Positioning of fresh, grey and black water tanks and their influence on balance • Combined wiring diagram covering 12 V, 240 V and gas routing, laid out so fixings and conduits are visible on the frame Once the frame is locked down, you will move to phase two—updating our existing .stp assembly, incorporating the new chassis, adjusting exterior panels where required, and producing photorealistic renderings to help stakeholders visualise the outcome. The third stream is an interior fit-out concept: cabinetry, plumbing runs, electrical equipment placement and lighting scenes, again delivered as editable Fusion files plus high-quality visuals. Everything is billed hourly; I’ll release milestones as each of the above sections is completed and reviewed in a live Fusion 360 session. CAD source files, PDF fabrication drawings, and render packs in PNG/JPG are the expected outputs at each stage. The current .stp file will be displayed once a NDA has been signed and the project awarded
