I have an approved building plan and a separate, recently revised grading plan that I need to submit to Los Angeles County Building & Safety as a revised "Site Plan." What I need now is for a California-licensed architect to open (or recreate) the CAD files, drop the building plan in as a new layer on top of the grading plan, and generate a clean, ready-to-submit sheet set. No re-design is involved—just accurate placement, layer management, and sheet merging so the county reviewers see one coherent Site Plan. Because the submittal must carry a stamp from someone that the California Architects Board recognizes, your current California license is essential. I’m estimating about one to two hours of work; if any small tweaks to the grading details pop up while you are inside the file, we can address them on the spot. Deliverables • Updated native CAD file (DWG) with the building plan incorporated as its own named layer • Flattened, print-ready PDF sheet set suitable for immediate resubmission • Your electronic stamp and signature where required by the county Speed is important, but accuracy and proper layer discipline matter more. If this goes smoothly, I will have additional work for you.
