CAD Design – Internal Frame + Outer Shell (Wall-Mounted Filtration Unit and Sleeve mounted ) Description: I need a detailed CAD model for a wall-mounted enclosure system similar to the attached reference image (clean rectangular shell with rounded edges). This is NOT just a cosmetic box — I need both: Internal structural frame (skeleton) External removable cover shell Scope: FRAME (Internal Structure) Material: 20x20mm steel square tube or something else open to ideas Wall-mounted design (no base) Must support 3-stage Big Blue filter housings (20” x 4.5”) Include proper bracing so the front does not sag Top section must support a steel mounting plate spanning across the unit Rear may include thin sheet metal backing (~1.2mm) with mounting features Design must be rigid and practical to fabricate SHELL (Outer Cover) Smooth, minimal rectangular form with rounded corners (like reference) Fully removable front/cover (no visible external fasteners preferred) Tight fit over frame (no flaring or looseness) Open bottom Internal clip/slot or hidden mounting system preferred (no visible screws) FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS Easy removal for filter access and maintenance Clearance for plumbing connections Allow for pressure relief button access (top area) Realistic tolerances (manufacturable, not conceptual) DELIVERABLES 3D CAD files (STEP + native format preferred: SolidWorks / Fusion 360) Exploded view (frame + shell) Basic dimensioned drawings Optional: simple render for visual reference DIMENSIONS (approximate overall) ~610mm height ~800 mm width ~200mm depth NOTES This needs to be designed for real-world fabrication (not just visual) Preference for someone with mechanical / product design experience Bonus if you’ve worked with sheet metal or enclosures before Please include: Example of similar work Software you use Estimated turnaround time I will provide more detail after selection.
