My WooCommerce store requires a batch upload of new products, and all source information is ready in a single JSON/XML file. Each record already holds the title, descriptions, SKU, pricing, categories and attributes, so the task is to translate that data accurately into the WordPress admin panel. Several items have variations—mainly size and colour—and those variations must be configured so stock, price and individual images display correctly on the front-end. Product photos will be supplied in a separate folder and must be uploaded manually, then linked to the appropriate product or variation and set as featured images where needed.
