At the moment we have a range of raw data sources (website, social media, ad platforms) but no unified view, so you’ll be starting almost from scratch. Scope of work (initial, lightweight phase): • Audit the data we already collect and outline quick wins for cleaner tracking. • Pull the most relevant numbers together, especially around our revenue growth rate, Customer acquisition and retention etc, the metric we watch closest. • Create a simple, repeatable reporting workflow (a shared spreadsheet or lightweight dashboard is fine for now). • Translate findings into 3-5 clear, non-technical recommendations the team can act on immediately.
