Scope of work • Choose and configure a reliable CMS (WordPress, Ghost, or a comparable platform) • Design a lightweight, mobile-responsive theme that matches the blog’s identity • Implement user registration, login, and password-reset flows with basic role management (admin, author, subscriber) • Optimize pages for fast load times and on-page SEO best practices • Set up essential plugins/extensions for analytics and security • Provide a brief hand-off guide so I can publish posts and manage users independently Nice-to-have additions, if straightforward: a simple contact form and room to integrate a payment gateway later, but they’re not critical for this initial launch.
