I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer or software engineer to build an internal business management system that closely simulates the structure, UI, and user experience of Zoho systems. The goal is to develop four integrated systems that function together inside one platform. Systems Required: 1. CRM System - Leads - Contacts - Accounts (Companies) - Deals / Sales Pipeline - Tasks, Calls, Meetings - Notes and attachments - Email logging - Activity timeline - Sales dashboard and reports 2. Project Management System - Projects - Tasks and subtasks - Kanban board - Timeline / Gantt view - Task assignment - Progress tracking - File sharing - Project activity logs 3. HR Management System - Employee profiles - Attendance tracking - Leave management - Payroll records - Employee documents - Performance tracking 4. Finance Management System - Invoices - Expenses - Payments - Financial reports - Client billing - Budget tracking Important Requirement: The platform should simulate Zoho’s: - UI structure - Navigation layout - Dashboard style - User experience I currently use Zoho, and I want my employees to transition to the new system without needing to relearn the interface. Key Requirements: - Clean and modern SaaS-style dashboard - Left sidebar navigation (similar to Zoho) - Modular system architecture - Role-based permissions - Multi-user support - Global search across modules - Activity logs and notifications - Scalable backend architecture Technical Expectations: Developer should propose a suitable stack, for example: - Frontend: React / Next.js - Backend: Node.js / Laravel / Django - Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL - API-based architecture Deliverables: - Full system architecture - Database schema - Complete development of the 4 systems - Integrated dashboard - Admin panel - Documentation - Deployment instructions Important Note: I can provide access to my Zoho system so you can study the modules and UX in detail and replicate a similar structure.
